This ABSC range of small bore screwed axial expansion joints complete with an outer cover are designed to absorb the thermal expansion in straight pipelines whilst protecting the membrane from external factors / damage.

Constructed from 316 stainless steel bellows core, with 316 stainless steel BSPT male end connections and 316 stainless steel internal flow sleeve. Fitted with 316 stainless steel outer protection cover.

Each ABSC is supplied factory set to allow for the full movement in compression eliminating the need for cold pull on site.

As an alternative to our standard construction the ABSC can also be custom made to suit each customer’s individual requirements including different lengths and movements etc.
